Website terms and Steam key promotion conditions · 28 September 2026
These general terms of use apply to the publicly accessible website warstead.com operated by Night Haven Interactive, owner Michael Schulze. No purchase, licence or other paid contracts are currently concluded through this website.
The website provides information about the computer game Warstead, which is currently in development. Information about features, game content, images, prices, release dates and availability is development information and may change before release. Specific promises under the Steam key promotion and statutory consumer rights are not limited by this.
Texts, graphics, logos, game content and other material on this website are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Private, non-commercial use is permitted. Any further reproduction, modification, distribution or public presentation requires prior consent unless permitted by law.
We strive to operate the website reliably. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security measures or technical issues may cause temporary limitations.
The website may contain links to third-party services. Their respective providers are responsible for their content and privacy practices. No obvious legal violations were apparent when the links were created.
We accept unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable loss. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Updated website information and promotion terms apply to future use or new entries. Publishing a new version does not change existing contracts or confirmed key entitlements. A confirmed entry remains subject to the terms incorporated when entering; subsequent changes require a valid legal basis.
The organiser is Night Haven Interactive, owner Michael Schulze, Meyerdamm 36, 28876 Oyten, Germany; contact: newsletter@warstead.com. The first 20 eligible people who complete their newsletter subscription using the confirmation link will receive a free Warstead Steam key when the game is released. Participants must be at least 16; statutory rules governing the legal capacity of minors remain applicable. Receipt of a valid email confirmation on our server determines the order, not submission of the form. For closely timed confirmations, the order registered by our server applies. Each person may receive one key. Proven duplicate or abusive entries may be excluded while respecting legitimate entitlements. No purchase is necessary and there is no cash alternative. The confirmation page states whether a place has been promised. Availability shown before confirmation is not a reservation. The promotion ends when 20 eligible places have been allocated; newsletter subscriptions remain available afterwards without a new key entitlement.
An already confirmed key entitlement remains valid if you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Subscribing again does not create a second entitlement or diminish an existing one. Contact details needed to fulfil the promise are used separately from newsletter consent. To update your email address or enquire about your entitlement, contact newsletter@warstead.com; we may ask for reasonable evidence that the entitlement belongs to you.
The key will be sent free of charge to the confirmed email address once the game is released and the key is available. No fixed release date is currently promised. Website information and amendment clauses do not cancel existing promises. Activation requires a Steam account and the relevant technical prerequisites. Use of the Steam platform is subject to its terms. Night Haven Interactive conducts this promotion, which is not affiliated with Valve. Mandatory statutory rights, including any applicable information duties, withdrawal rights and rights concerning digital products, remain unaffected.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state in which a consumer habitually resides remain unaffected.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
